Description

Basic terms and conditions: We have a $500.00 minimum charge on any custom work. We have a $200.00 minimum charge for design services. Travel to the project site is often required for design ideas as well as measurements. We charge for time and mileage or airfare. Orders under $10,000.00 require 1/2 down to begin work Orders over $10,000.00 require 1/3 down to begin work 1/3 at project midpoint All orders require balance of price upon delivery of work. All work F.O.B. Kewaskum, WI.
		Typically: We design the ironwork based on our research and the information you provide. We then submit a scale drawing with a quotation to you. If you like the design, and agree with the terms of the quotation, we have an agreement. We will inform you at the time of quotation what our lead time is (which varies month to month). By signing the quotation and returning it to Bighorn Forge, the quotation becomes a contract.
