A delicate balance of toasted malt and fresh hops give this medium-bodied German-style lager an intriguing, complex malt flavor. A creamy head, deep golden color and an impressive hop bouquet make this a very special beer.
Randy's Notes: "My Special Amber has been our best seller since opening the brewery. It has been known to go with most all food types and has an interesting bitterness that enhances the food experience. It is normally described as a version of a Viennese lager but with more than normal bitterness, which is enjoyed by most European type palates."
