We have a huge selection of fonts available. If you have a specific one in mind let us know, or we can use our own judgment on your custom layout. There is no charge for this service.
PRODUCTION TIME:
In-Stock Medals: Will ship within 1 to 5 Business Days.
Shipping times vary by location and shipping method used. Custom Medals: Orders are shipped approximately 7 - 10 days after receipt of order and proof approval. Shipping times vary by location and shipping method used.
If you need your order by a specific date, please inform one of our customer service representatives.
CUSTOM ART CHARGE:
No charge. Simply furnish us with a black on white copy of your logo or artwork via email and we will incorporate it into your layout at no charge.
CANCELLATION & ADD ONS:
Cancellation will be accepted only if order has not been processed. Add ons will be considered a new order if the previous order has been processed.
SHIPPING:
U.P.S. Ground & U.S.P.S.
CLAIMS:
We are not responsible for goods damaged during shipment. Claims must be made against the carrier.
RUSH SERVICE:
Rush service charge is 5%. Rush service is available only if our production schedule will allow it. Rush/busy - March, April, May, June - a 10% rush charge will be added for those orders requesting rush service and order is shipped in less than 5 days.
DIE CHARGES:
There is no die charge if a stock cut is used that we have on hand.
PATENTS & COPYRIGHT LAWS:
The customer assumes full responsibility for all claims and/or litigation arising from alleged infringement of licenses, patents or copyrights on any requested design or copy.
TERMS:
All orders are shipped credit card. We accept purchase orders from schools and other public institutions. No C.O.D.'s.
