Custom cold formed fasteners

Anderson Manufacturing produces miniature fasteners such as screws, bolts, as well as studs to meet the precision fastening needs of industries ranging from automotive and electronics to medical. Our competence extends to manufacturing fasteners with diameters as low as 0.020". We can form fasteners with diameter and length tolerances close to ±0.001" and ±0.005", respectively.
Besides manufacturing miniature fasteners, Anderson Manufacturing also supplies a range of proprietary threaded fasteners such as MAThread. Our cold forming process ensures faster production as well as increased shear and yield strengths in comparison with conventional machining operations. We are capable of production runs ranging from a thousand to million pieces.
